Suite Types

1 Bedroom

The 1 Bedroom can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. The suite has a queen bed in the bedroom, full-size sofa bed in the living room, one bathroom, partial kitchen, air conditioning, cable television, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The partial kitchen consists of a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator.

2 Bedroom

The 2 Bedroom can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. The suite has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, queen wall bed in the living room, two bathrooms, full kitchen, air conditioning, cable television, DVD player, and Wi-Fi.

The minimum age to check-in is 21. A government issued ID is required.

A $150 USD refundable security deposit on credit card is required at check-in.

Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.

Pets are not allowed.

All suites are non-smoking.

Property has elevator.

One parking space per suite only. Larger vehicles, including oversized trucks, vans, campers, trailers, or boats are not permitted on property.
