Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.
Pets are not allowed.
All suites are non-smoking.
Trailers, campers, and motorcycles are not permitted on property.
Golf carts are allowed. You are welcome to bring your golf cart.
The 2 Bedroom suites are located in Phase II building and the 3 Bedroom suites are located in Phase I building.
Please note that Phase I suites are located away from the main property. However, guests of Phase I have access to the resort amenities at Phase II.
Accessibility Features
Public beach access next door to the resort is wheelchair accessible.
There is a ramp from the unloading zone that leads to both the front office and elevators that is wheelchair accessible.
There is handicap parking both on the side of the building as well as across the street in the parking lot.
The corridor of the building and the hallways of the suites are accessible by wheelchair, however, the suites themselves do not have any features that would be considered handicap accessible.
