Construction Advisory
Beginning on Monday, April 7th the resort will begin remodeling and construction on property. Construction will be starting in Richardson Building 4. Some balconies will not be accessible for periods at a time in these units, as well as only being able to access the building through the South end while construction is being carried out. Construction is projected to end by July 10th, 2025.
All suites are equipped with a partial kitchen, television, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The partial kitchen consists of a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and sink. No stove and no oven.

Reservation Policies
Cancellation Policy: Reservation is non-refundable.
Guest Name Change Policy: A name change of the registered guest can be made up to 15 days before the check-in date. There will be a $30 charge per name change.
